Thank you for your patience as we continue the planning process for next year.  The calendar attached to this email is firm on dates, but not necessarily sites and Chair- persons.  If you would like to volunteer to serve as a chair, co-chair, or host an event, please contact Billy Rayburn as soon as possible at wprayburn@mac.com. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

All-State Member's Only page updated with forms for the directors - must be mailed to ensemble chairs by Feb. 6.

The WTVMEA Business Meeting #2 and All-State Octet testing have been cancelled due to inclement weather. Directors with students in All-State, be looking for information via email from Christy Young regarding All-State. (posted 6:50 am)

Solo and Ensemble registration is now closed. Late registrations can be accepted up until January 29th with the payment of a $250 late fee.

Regarding the WTVMEA Business Meeting #2 and All-State Octet Testing scheduled for Saturday, January 26th, a message from the WTVMEA President:

The chance of snow waxes and wanes for Friday/Saturday.

Rest assured that if there is ice on the roads, the meeting,
as well as the octet testing, will be CANCELLED.

If such happens, we will go with the list of students as it stands.

We will do our best to get the word out via tv, email, etc
