2010 Octet Testing Results
WTVMEA The results from the 2010 West TN Octet Testing are provided below as pdf files.

Students and teachers: the names listed in each voice part are NOT listed by chair; however the alternates are listed in chair order.  Alternates were selected as replacements by chair position to replace a student who either did not pass octet testing or were not present for octet testing.  NW alternates were used to replace NW chairs, while SW alternates were used to replace SW chairs.  If a region did not have an alternate pass or attend the testing, a representative from the opposite region was used to fill an empty chair.  Finally, where alternates were not available, students from adjacent voice parts were used to fill in open chairs created by failures or absences.

Teachers, you are now responsible for registering your students on the TMEA website.  Teachers are responsible for correct name spellings when electronically registering their students.

Each Student, including alternates, will need to complete and return 2010 TENNESSEE ALL-STATE RULE & REGULATIONS AGREEMENT FORM .  Each student's teacher will need to return this form to the ensemble chair (link to their names and addresses).  Please write alternate on the each alternate student's form.

In addition, each teacher will need to complete and return a payment form by February 8, 2010. Checks are to be made out to WTVMEA.

DUE TO WEATHER ISSUES RESULTING IN MULTIPLE SCHOOL CLOSINGS, THE EXECUTIVE BOARD HAS VOTED TO CHANGE THE DUE DATE TO FEBRUARY 8, 2010 FOR THE RETURN OF THE PAYMENT FORMS.

Congratulations to the following members of the 2010 All State Honor Choirs.
