Welcome to WTVMEA

The mission of the West Tenessee Vocal Music Educators Association is "to promote and cause the advancement of music education in general and vocal music in particular." Active membership shall be open to all persons engaged in vocal music teaching or other music educational work in West Tennessee and shall provide the privileges of participation in the activities of the association, including the right to vote and hold office and admission to meetings upon the member's compliance with registration requirements. Please see our Constitution & By-Laws for more information on becoming a member.

WTVMEA members should use the link on the left sidebar to register for an account. Please use an email address we already have on file or one that is obviously your school email account. When creating your "nickname" please choose one that will allow people to know who you are when you post. Suggested nicknames are your last name followed by your first initial or your first initial followed by your last name. ONLY WTVMEA MEMBERS CAN BECOME REGISTERED USERS ON THIS SITE. Thank you!

What is new on the WTVMEA website!

Senior High Registration is Now Open (UPDATED 9/1/10)
After much trial and error, which has caused many of you more grief than I wish for you, I think that I have finally posted a step by step process that only includes downloading one file.  Please go to your division's forum and try the new post that ends with URGENT.  If you have completed registration, you can download and complete the Registration Form.  If you have had problems, please try the new process.

In addition, Jeremiah will post those who have registered beginning Thursday.

Website Registration Information
New teachers please follow the instructions below to register as a member of the WTVMEA website forum.

To your left, you will see that you are an anonymous user. You can register for free by clicking here.

You will then be directed to a New User Registration Page.  Complete the required information.  You will then receive either a confirmation email or an email seeking more information.  Once you receive a confirmation email, you will then have full use of the website.  

You may then even further update your information by selecting Your Account.  Here you may add school information, signatures, and an avatar.
